King Cake fun!

Anderson found the baby in one of our king cakes. He brought us this cute king cake kit from Ambrosia. The class had a blast making the king cake. Many thanks to Anderson and everyone else who has sent a king cake. The children love our special Louisiana tradition!

Holiday Happenings at Trinity!

We had so much fun getting ready for Christmas at Trinity! We made gingerbread houses, ornaments, and presents for our parents. Christmas is an exciting time in PreK 3.  Please enjoy some photos of our Holiday fun!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

We have had a great week back at Trinity! We are starting to make Christmas decorations for our classroom, have been making our own "buildings" and we practiced drawing lines and curves. Yesterday we enjoyed a visit from the book mobile! 

We have many fun activities coming up in the next few weeks! 

December is such a fun month in Prek 3 !

Election Day 2012!

We voted today in PreK3! We started learning about buildings and have been reading different versions of the 3 little pigs. Today we made a sticky picture of 3 houses with one made out of Bricks, Straw and Sticks. We then got to pretend we were the wolf and huffed and puffed and tried to blow some sticks, straw and a brick block away. We then took a vote and everyone got to choose what they would build their house out of.  The winner of our PreK 3 vote was Bricks!
